1. Digital Products

All our products, including Lightroom presets and video LUTs, are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.

2. Exceptions

If you experience any issues with your download or the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or support to resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund or Support

• Email us at hello@novapreset.com with your order number and details of the issue.
• Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
