Nova Presets License Agreement

This license applies to all free and premium products purchased or downloaded from Nova Presets. By using our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files.

• One license = one user.

• You may install the product on up to 2 computers.

2. Permitted Use

• You may use our presets, actions, and other products to create an unlimited number of End Products (e.g., photos, designs, visuals).

• You may sell or distribute End Products created with Nova Presets products, provided that the End Products do not include the preset, action, or original file itself.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute Nova Presets products in any form.

• Include our products within files, templates, or other items for resale or distribution.

• Bundle or embed presets/actions directly into an End Product.

Instead, you may provide a link to the Nova Presets website where users can purchase a license themselves.

4. Termination

This license will be immediately terminated if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the product from your devices.
